You have up to 7 days after receiving the package to contact us. If it has been more than 7 days, we apologize, but we cannot process your request.

  1. You received an item that does not match your order
  2. The item is damaged or defective
  3. You need a different size


  1. A different size of the same item
  2. Another item of the same size and price
  3. A more expensive item (you only need to pay the difference)


  1. The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and still have its tags and labels attached.
  2. You cannot exchange for an item that is cheaper than the original price because we cannot process a refund for the difference.


  1. We only allow returns with refunds if:
  2. The item sent is incorrect or damaged.
  3. We do not have a replacement in stock


  1. You change your mind
  2. You do not like the color, design, or product
  3. The item has been used, washed, or does not have its label
  4. You did not send an unboxing video showing the sealed package
  5. You contacted us more than 7 days after receiving the product


  1. You pay if you are exchanging for personal reasons (such as incorrect size)
  2. We pay if the error is on our end (we sent the wrong product or it was damaged)
