Simply browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and complete your payment.


  1. Yes. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order due to size issues or if the item arrives damaged.
  2. For size exchanges (customer request), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  3. For defective or incorrect items (our mistake), we will cover all shipping costs.



After we receive the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for the exchange process before the replacement item is shipped back to you.


We offer a Free Shipping promo with applicable terms and conditions



Orders cannot be canceled without a valid reason after they have been confirmed and entered the packaging process


At checkout, you can enter the promo code in the “Voucher Code” section. The discount will be automatically applied to your total purchase.


We accept various payment methods including: Credit/debit cards, Virtual Accounts (VA), E-Wallets, Credit Cards (CC).


If your payment fails or you encounter problems during payment, please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to assist you and ensure that your order is completed smoothly.


To track your order, open Order History and click the “Track Order” button next to your order details.


You can choose between:
Regular Shipping – JNE REG 2-3 days, JNE YES 1 day
Same-Day & Instant Shipping – via PAXEL, order before 2:00 PM for same-day and before 4:00 PM for instant
Store Pickup – Pick up your order from the Ride and Rise store at no additional cost


Prices are the same both online and in-store. However, shopping online offers additional benefits such as: Exclusive vouchers & Free shipping offers
